When we first talked about starting Morton & Smith, LLC, it wasn’t about just getting people into houses. It was about making the entire process feel less overwhelming.

We both remembered what it felt like to be new to it all: the confusing paperwork, the pressure to make quick decisions, the unfamiliar terms, and not always knowing who to trust.

We knew there had to be a better, more human way to walk people through it. So we built something we wish we’d had.
